Job Description
- Coordinating with relevant Work Units in formulating criteria, measurement standards, and evaluation of branch performance assessments by considering the quality of achieved data / products.
- Developing criteria and standards for branch performance assessment and providing branch target information and periodic target achievement reports, as well as coordinating with branches to improve sales in the Branch Office network.
- Monitoring business target achievement (financing, fund and service products) in the Branch Office network.
- Assisting in monitoring branch office business achievements, both financing and funding of financing customers.
- Mapping business potential to assist branches in acquiring quality customers.
- Designing reward schemes and mechanisms while maintaining the quality aspect of business / data target achievements for branches in accordance with company business directions and strategies.
- Coordinating with relevant work units for human resource management related to the sales of fund, service, and financing products at Branch Offices.
- Analyzing obstacles faced by branches in business development and maintaining good relationships with customers.
- Resolving follow-up actions on audit findings.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum formal education of Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any major.
- Minimum 5 (five) years of work experience in banking or at least 3 (three) years in business development, preferably with experience in Islamic banking or having attended Islamic banking training.
- Basic knowledge of Islamic banking procedures and financing.
- Able to work in a team.
- Possess logical and analytical thinking skills.
- Possess good interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
