Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in Engineering or equivalent field
- Minimum 2 years of work experience in a related industry
- Experience in Power Plant or Utility projects is an advantage
Key Responsibilities
- Manage work execution while prioritizing QHSSE aspects
- Manage work execution with strong adherence to AKHLAK core values (Amanah, Kompeten, Harmonis, Loyal, Adaptif, Kolaboratif)
- Coordinate and collect technical data for the implementation of new Operation and Maintenance projects
- Prepare technical and commercial documents according to the needs of new Operation and Maintenance projects
- Assist in preparing proposals for PNRE Customers
- Assist in preparing billing to customers and payments to vendors within the RSA function
- Prepare tender documents and develop Terms of Reference (TOR) and Owner Estimate (OE) related to project needs
- Create reports and project progress updates in RSA
- Monitor and report project progress
Site Coordinator 1
Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in Engineering, with at least 5 years of experience in a related industry
- Experience in Power Plant, Utility, and/or Water Treatment Plant projects, or Oil and Gas / Petrochemical is an advantage
- Key Responsibilities
- Manage work execution while prioritizing QHSSE aspects
- Manage work execution with strong adherence to AKHLAK core values (Amanah, Kompeten, Harmonis, Loyal, Adaptif, Kolaboratif)
- Lead and supervise the implementation of operation and maintenance (O&M) activities at the site according to SOP and service contracts
- Organize daily task assignments and arrange shift rotations when necessary
- Evaluate site team performance and ensure technical competencies are maintained
- Document O&M Service project work at the site in a structured manner
- Coordinate technicians, operators, and local contractors in the work area
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports of O&M activities at the site
- Support the engineering team in root cause analysis in case of disruptions
- Monitor and report project progress
Account Executive
Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1), preferably in Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sales Engineer
- Experience in Power Plant, Utility, Water Treatment Plant, or Oil and Gas / Petrochemical projects is an advantage
Key Responsibilities
- Manage work execution while prioritizing QHSSE aspects
- Manage work execution with strong adherence to AKHLAK core values (Amanah, Kompeten, Harmonis, Loyal, Adaptif, Kolaboratif)
- Identify new business opportunities in the O&M sector, including contract extensions, additional services, or new projects
- Understand customer operational and technical needs and translate them into appropriate O&M service solutions
- Conduct routine site visits to customers for monitoring and ensuring service quality
- Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals
- Prepare commercial components, pricing offers, contract proposals, and cooperation terms
- Assist the tender / procurement team in the bidding process (tender submission, bid clarification, evaluation, etc.)
- Coordinate internally and with the operations team
- Assist in evaluating service performance and provide improvement recommendations
