Qualifications
- Indonesian citizen
- Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Engineering / Chemical Engineering
- More than 10 years of work experience
- Experience in Reservoir Simulation and Reservoir Engineering
- Has conducted reservoir simulations for primary and waterflood fields, including pre-simulation evaluations (PVT analysis, SCAL / RCAL, Rel Perm, DCA, etc.), history matching, and development scenario creation
- Has conducted reservoir engineering evaluations to support field optimization and development (Material Balance Evaluation, Pressure Transient Analysis, Surveillance evaluation, etc.)
- Familiarity with reserve determination according to SPE PRMS is an advantage

Qualifications

- PMP certification is preferred

- Involved in field implementation phase, not just studies
- Experience leading technical teams or cross-functional EOR projects
- Advanced skills in: Numerical simulation (CMG STARS, Eclipse, tNavigator), Reservoir evaluation for chemical injection, Interfacial tension, coreflood analysis, and tracer test interpretation, Material compatibility, injectivity, scaling, and chemical selection, Project management & risk assessment for EOR projects, Data integration & uncertainty
