Officer Budgeting, Reporting and Controller

Responsibilities

Fully responsible for preparing, coordinating, and monitoring the annual program budget process to ensure cost realization aligns with the foundation’s policies and priorities. This role includes variance analysis, cost control, development of effective control systems, and preparation of periodic management financial reports (monthly to annual) with a high level of data accuracy to support both internal and external audit processes.

Qualifications

  • The ideal candidate is a Bachelor’s degree graduate in Accounting with a minimum of 2 years of experience in budget management or cost control, preferably with a background in a Public Accounting Firm (KAP).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong cross‑division analytical skills are required.
  • This position offers a collaborative work environment with health insurance, foundation allowances, and broad access to professional competency development programs.

Field Representative (Environmental Project)

Responsibilities

Fully responsible for implementing environmental programs in the field according to the work plan through monitoring activities, periodic evaluations, and intensive coordination with communities, local partners, and relevant stakeholders. This role includes providing community education and assistance, identifying implementation risks, collecting field data, and preparing systematic activity reports in accordance with safety standards and organizational procedures.

Qualifications

  • The ideal candidate is a Bachelor’s degree graduate in Environmental Studies, Forestry, or Agriculture with a minimum of 1–2 years of field experience, possessing deep understanding of sustainability issues, and able to communicate adaptively and independently during official travel.
  • This position offers a collaborative work environment with allowances according to foundation policy and broad opportunities to participate in various training and professional competency development programs.
