Notably, PAS plays a crucial role in Papua’s "1 Fuel Price" program, transporting over 150 kiloliters of fuel monthly to support equitable fuel access in remote areas.
PAS also stands out in the realm of training. It offers more than 30 specialized programs focusing on aviation and industrial turbine operations. In 2017 alone, the company conducted 200 in-class training sessions for 1,990 participants, showcasing its dedication to enhancing professional skills. Furthermore, PAS holds seven ongoing certifications from the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) and is actively pursuing approvals for additional national and international certifications, underlining its commitment to quality and standards.
The maintenance division of PAS provides comprehensive services for airplanes, including maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO), while also catering to industrial needs. This aspect of the business ensures operational efficiency and adherence to safety standards, making it a trusted partner for its clients.
PAS extends its expertise beyond aviation by managing three airports under Pertamina’s ownership as of 2017. It also operates a bonded logistics center, contributing to seamless supply chain management and operational excellence. Job Description

  • Business Development and Acquisition
    • Identify, acquire and develop New Corporate Channels within Pelita Air's Commercial Regular Business
    • Identify business opportunities and potential segments to expand the corporate network
    • Relationship Management
    • Develop strategies and practices to build, manage, and maintain strong relationships with customers, clients, and business partners in order to achieve long-term goals with registered Corporate Accounts
    • Act as the primary contact person for corporate partners regarding needs, inquiries, or issue resolution
  • Sales
    • Conduct product presentations and propose mutually beneficial partnership schemes
    • Ensure the achievement of corporate acquisition targets in line with the Company's KPIs
    • Deliver the highest quality of service to Corporate Accounts
    • Monitor flight ticket purchase transactions of Corporate Accounts
    • Evaluate partnership schemes and flight ticket purchase transactions s recommendations and references for the continuity of corporate collaboration
  • Strategy and Execution
    • Develop corporate acquisition work plans aligned with the Company's business strategy
    • Collaborate with the Sales, Service, Revenue, and Operations units to ensure corporate partnerships are implemented as agreed by both parties
  • Market Analysis
    • Conduct market, competitor, and business travel trend analysis to identify potential company sales growth
    • Provide input to management regarding service development needs
  • Compliance
    • Ensure that partnership schemes comply with applicable laws and company policies
    • Enforce company rules and procedures to ensure smooth operations
    • Build the company's reputation as Asponsible and trustworthy entity in the eyes of the public, clients, and employees
    • Prevent potential sanctions or losses due to regulatory violations

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years work experience in sales, preferably in the aviation industry or travel agencies
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in negotiation and problem-solving
  • Analytical skills with the ability to understand market trends
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Strong multitasking and time management abilities
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
  • Fluency in other foreign languages will be an advantage
  • Good computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other aviation-related software
