PT Lintas Marga Sedaya is a company holding the concession for the Cikopo-Palimanan (Cipali) Toll Road in West Java Province. Officially operational since June 13, 2015, the presence of the Cipali Toll Road has proven to shorten the Cikampek-Palimanan route by 40 KM compared to using the Pantura route.
As part of the ASTRA Group, on November 28, 2019, PT Lintas Marga Sedaya officially adopted the branding name ASTRA Tol Cikopo-Palimanan (ASTRA Tol Cipali). With a 40-year concession and a length of 116.75 KM, the Cipali Toll Road stretches from Cikopo KM 72 to Palimanan KM 188, passing through five regencies: Purwakarta, Subang, Indramayu, Majalengka, and ending in Cirebon.
PT Lintas Marga Sedaya (ASTRA Tol Cipali) is a joint venture company between PT ASTRA Tol Nusantara, a subsidiary of PT ASTRA International Tbk (55%), and the Canada Pension Plan Investment Board (45%).
The Cipali Toll Road has six toll gates: Kalijati, Subang, Cikedung, Kertajati, Sumberjaya, and Palimanan, with a total of 44 toll booths. The road features six interchanges and 99 bridges. For traffic services, ASTRA Tol Cipali operates 12 patrol units, 12 towing units, and 12 rescue vehicles. In terms of information services, ASTRA Tol Cipali has nine Variable Message Signs (VMS) and 47 CCTV surveillance cameras. There are eight Rest Areas (TIP), four in the direction of Jakarta and four in the direction of Palimanan, consisting of Type A and Type B rest areas. Type A is located at KM 102 A, KM 101 B, KM 166 A, and KM 164 B, while Type B is at KM 86 A, KM 86 B, KM 130 A, and KM 130 B.
The Cipali Toll Road is part of the Trans-Java Toll Road system, which connects from the Merak Toll Road to Surabaya. Positioned between Jakarta-Cikampek and Palimanan-Kanci toll roads, Cipali is a major distribution route for goods and public transportation in Java. Its presence is expected to positively impact the growth of industrial areas, residential zones, offices, tourism, and agribusiness. With the inauguration of several new routes along Trans-Java leading to Surabaya, Cipali Toll Road is anticipated to contribute to economic growth.

Corporate Communication Analyst

Job Description

• Design and implement internal and external corporate communication programs.
• Develop corporate communication materials in visual, audiovisual, and digital formats.
• Manage the company's digital communication channels, including website and social media.
• Create and manage content that supports the company's image and reputation.
• Monitor and analyze digital communication and social media performance.
• Manage customer communication and complaints in coordination with relevant units.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate stakeholders and manage communication activity documentation.

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Communication Science, Marketing Communication, Public Relations, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience; Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Proficient in creating graphic designs and video content using relevant tools (Adobe, Canva, CapCut, or equivalent).
• Understanding of social media and other digital channel management and performance analysis.
• Strong Analysis and Judgment, as well as Drive and Courage competencies.
