In order to support the implementation of the Pamsimas 2026 Program at the village and provincial levels, Activity Facilitators will be recruited and placed in Lampung, Bangka Belitung, and Papua Provinces with the following qualifications.
Asisten Administrasi dan Keuangan (AAK)
Lampung Province- Bachelor’s Degree in Economics / Management / Accounting.
- Preferably with a minimum of 1 year experience as Public Facilitator (FM) Finance in Pamsimas or Community-Based Drinking Water Program or similar activities.
- Closing date: July 23, 2026.
Fasilitator Masyarakat (FM)
Bangka Belitung Province- Diploma 3 (D3) or Diploma 4 (D4) or Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Engineering / Civil Engineering / Water Engineering.
- Experience in Pamsimas activities is preferred.
- Closing date: July 22, 2026.
Koordinator Wilayah / Pendamping Bidang Air Minum
Papua Province- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Engineering / Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 1 year experience as Korprov Pamsimas or minimum 3 years as Public Facilitator (FM) Technical Pamsimas or 4 years in drinking water program / activities.
- Able to operate technical drawing design applications (e.g., AutoCAD).
- Able to calculate Budget Plan (RAB) accurately.
- Able to operate piping modeling applications (e.g., Ephanet).

Asisten Pendamping Bidang Keuangan (APK)
Papua Province- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Economics / Management / Accounting.
- Minimum 1 year experience as Assistant Finance Facilitator in Pamsimas or minimum 2 years as Public Facilitator (FM) Finance Pamsimas.
- Closing date: July 23, 2026.
Administrator Keberlanjutan
Papua Province- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Public Administration, Economics, Social or Community Development, Public Health, Computer Engineering, and related fields.
- Experience in Pamsimas activities is preferred.
- Closing date: July 23, 2026.
Asisten Administrasi dan Keuangan
Papua Province- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Economics / Social / Environmental Engineering / Civil Engineering / Architecture / Information Technology.
- Minimum 1 year experience as Public Facilitator (FM) and / or Finance in Pamsimas or community-based drinking water program / activities.

Fasilitator Masyarakat (FM)
Papua Province- Minimum Diploma 3 (D3) or Diploma 4 (D4) or Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Engineering / Civil Engineering / Water Engineering / Architecture.
