Human Capital Learning Support

Job Description
- HC Learning Support is responsible for ensuring all training activities run smoothly in terms of administration and documentation, covering planning, execution, reporting, and vendor payment.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Submit budget requests through the SAP system according to training needs
- Prepare PR / PO and supporting documents such as proposal, quotation, participant list, and user request
- Conduct recapitulation and monitoring of end-to-end training management and costs to meet SLA
- Handle letter or email invitations for participant, trainer, and confirmation to third parties
- Arrange all training logistics (room, equipment, catering, transportation or accommodation if needed)
- Manage participant attendance and ensure attendance data is documented
- Ensure activities run according to the scheduled time
- Distribute training material, evaluation form, pre and post tests, and other documents
- Assist in the creation of e-certificate
- Prepare neat and structured administrative report regarding end-to-end training
- Assist in the audit process of training document and administrative evidence
Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Psychology / Business Administration / Office Administration / Public Administration
- Minimum 1 year experience in Learning / Training / People Development
- Familiar with and able to operate the SAP system for PR, PO, invoice processing, third-party payment, and others
- Familiar with using Learning Management System (LMS)
- Able to operate Microsoft Apps
- Experienced in filing hard and soft copy documents properly
- Possess good project management and multitasking skills
- Have strong communication skills and coordination across functions and with external parties
- Proactive and initiative in supporting end-to-end training
- Able to work independently or in a team with minimum supervision
