Job Description

• Business Process Learning: Participate in learning rotations in various fields to understand all business processes. Work closely with operational teams to learn and implement best practices in the field.
• Technical and managerial training: Participate in training covering plant management, infrastructure maintenance, and plantation technology. Develop management skills, strategic planning, and problem-solving abilities.
• Development Projects: Lead special projects related to increasing efficiency and productivity on plantations. Prepare reports and provide recommendations to management based on the results of field analysis.
• Implementation of Innovation and Work Safety Aspects: Looking for opportunities to implement innovation in plantation management, both in terms of technology and management approaches. Improved Health, Safety, and Environment (K3L): Be aware of and comply with Health, Safety, and Environment (K3L) policies throughout all field activities.

Requirements

• Fresh graduates or experienced.
• PDP Community Development: Diploma 4 / Bachelor's degree in Law or Social and Political Sciences.
• PDP Sustainability: Diploma 4 / Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Forestry, Natural Resource Management, or Sociology.
• PDP Partnership: Diploma 4 / Bachelor's degree in Economics, Management (Business, Marketing), Agriculture (Agribusiness, Agricultural Social Economics, Agricultural Extension).
• PDP Tanaman: Diploma 4 / Bachelor's degree in Plantation, Agriculture (Agronomy, Agrotechnology, Plant Pests, Soil Science), Forestry, Biology.
• PDP Administrasi: Diploma 4 / Bachelor's degree in Economics (Accounting, Economics, Finance), Management (Business, Human Resources, Finance), Taxation, Agriculture (Agribusiness, Agricultural Social Economics, Agricultural Extension), Psychology, Industrial Engineering.
• PDP Teknik: Diploma 4 / Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, Water Engineering, Heavy Equipment Engineering), Environmental Engineering.
• PDP Pabrik: Diploma 4 / Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Plantation / Agricultural Product Processing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering), Chemistry.
• Willing to be placed in Sumatera, Kalimantan, and Sulawesi
