Credit Operation Staff
Main Task
Carry out end-to-end credit administration and operations to support smooth credit distribution, including ensuring compliance and reviewing the completeness of credit requirement documents.Responsibilities
- Conduct examination and verification of credit application documents of Debtors and prospective Debtors.
- Input credit data into the system and manage credit document administration.
- Carry out collateral binding process and ensure completeness of supporting documents in accordance with regulations.
- Manage credit disbursement process in accordance with applicable procedures and requirements.
- Perform iDeb withdrawal upon request from Business Unit as part of credit application analysis process.
- Implement documentation of all credit, credit legal, and insurance documents in an orderly, secure, and organized manner.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum education Bachelor’s degree

- Understanding in the field of credit and banking legal
- Experience in the field of credit is an advantage

Main Duties
Carry out the function of Post Transaction Control by rechecking all transactions at the Branch (operational and credit) that have previously been verified by Branch Officers and Branch Officials / Unit Heads.Responsibilities
- Check the conformity of the number of customer applications compared to the number of transactions carried out by Branch Officers.
- Check the routine verification process that should be carried out by Branch Officers and Branch Officials / Unit Heads.
- Check the completeness of customer application filling, completeness / validity of supporting documents, as well as the fairness / correctness of transactions and services in relation to the implementation of APU PPT.
- Check the correctness of data entry in the transaction system or customer services performed by Officers.
- Check that credit application forms are accompanied by supporting documents according to the product and applicable provisions including the implementation of welcome call.
- Check that transactions or services above the limit / authority (exception) of officers have been approved by authorized Branch Officials / Unit Heads.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum education Diploma 3 graduate
