Job Description

• Monitor and manage the implementation of audits at the Head Office in accordance with established standards, budgets, and schedules to achieve audit objectives.
• Coordinate with related units and provide recommendations for implementation steps or evaluation of necessary internal controls to align with the business and operational developments of the Head Office.
• Coordinate the provision of recommendations / inputs on company activities that can add value to the risk management process, internal control, and governance.
• Manage audit results of work units at the Head Office and provide necessary improvement recommendations.
• Monitor the implementation of agreed follow-up commitments, recommend the adequacy of follow-up actions, and report the progress of resolution status in accordance with the established SLA.

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum education of Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Accounting / Finance / Banking / Law.
• Minimum 3 years of work experience in internal audit.
• Preferably holds certification / training related to Islamic economics / Islamic finance / Islamic banking from authorized institutions.
• Understands the application of Internal Audit Professional Standards and applicable financial accounting standards.
• Understands laws and other regulations related to banking.
• Has knowledge and / or understanding of Risk-Based Strategic Audit Plan, including its application in the context of Islamic banking and compliance with DSN-MUI fatwas.
• Possesses good interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Possesses good conceptual, analytical, and logical abilities.
