Roles and Responsibilities

  • Roles and responsibilities of HCBP Officer, but not limited to:
  • Carrying out end-to-end recruitment for non-staff to staff level for project-based workers: sourcing, screening, interview, offering, MCU registration to onboarding.
  • Ensuring manpower planning is in accordance with site operational needs.
  • Handling employment administration such as performance appraisal, PKWT extension, work certificate, registration of new workers to HCIS.
  • Managing promotion, mutation, transfer of workers, up to offboarding.
  • Ensuring workforce data is always accurate through database management and contract monitoring.
  • Managing retention process, including monitoring turnover and conducting interventions when needed.
  • Collaborating with Industrial Relation team in handling industrial relation issues and PKWT registration of workers.
  • Collaborating with Payroll team for payroll process of workers.
  • Involved in preparation of technical tender documents for business units including organizational structure, manpower calculation, salary mapping, and mobilization timeline, as well as providing manpower strategy input for tender process and new projects.
  • Providing recommendations and strategies in workforce management aligned with business unit needs.
  • Conducting policy socialization and issue resolution.

Qualifications

  • Minimum education Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering / Psychology / Human Resource Management
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Food & Lodging Services / Catering / F&B industry, in head hunting, workforce management, and industrial relations.
  • Able to work quickly and accurately and provide problem-solving, especially in fulfilling workforce needs for projects.
  • Able to manage documents both in hard copy and soft copy neatly and completely.
  • Willing to be assigned to project sites or remote areas.
  • Able to work independently or in a team with minimal supervision.

Admin AP-PO HTE

Job Description

We open opportunities for experienced professionals to join as HSE Coordinator in the PHE Jambi Merang work area. This position is responsible for ensuring all operational activities run according to occupational safety, health, and environmental protection standards in accordance with company regulations and applicable laws.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and monitor HSE programs in PHE Jambi Merang work area.
  • Conduct routine inspections, hazard identification, and risk assessment of operational activities.
  • Supervise compliance with work safety procedures, use of PPE, and field operational standards.
  • Conduct incident investigations, prepare findings reports, and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
  • Provide safety induction, safety talk, and HSE training to workers and contractors.
  • Coordinate with operations team, contractors, and related parties in implementing proactive OHS culture.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly HSE reports according to PHE Jambi Merang provisions.
  • Support implementation of company HSSE programs including emergency response and environmental monitoring.

Qualifications

  • Minimum education Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (OHS, Environmental, Mechanical, Civil, Petroleum, or related).
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in HSE, preferably in oil and gas industry or energy projects.
  • Possess certifications AK3 Umum, Basic / Advance Fire Fighting, First Aid, and oil and gas HSE certification.
  • Understand OHS regulations, HSE management systems, and petroleum industry standards.
  • Able to work in the field and accustomed to rotation / site systems.
  • Have good communication and coordination skills.
  • Thorough, disciplined, and able to make quick decisions in critical situations.
  • Able to work under pressure.
