Graduates of this program will become BCA Frontliners (Customer Service or Teller)Qualifications
- Friendly, skilled, solution-oriented, and able to communicate well
- Male or female with attractive appearance
- Graduates of Diploma 1 - Diploma 3 and Bachelor's degree with minimum GPA 2.50
- Graduates of High School (SMA) / Vocational School (SMK) with average report card score for semesters 5 and 6 minimum 70
- Indonesian citizens aged 18 to 24 years
- Have never participated in the Bakti BCA Internship program before
- Willing to be placed in all BCA branches in the Palangkaraya, Rajawali, Sampit, Pangkalan Bun, and surrounding areas
BCA does not charge any fees during the registration and career selection process.
BCA is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority and Bank Indonesia. BCA is a participant in LPS deposit insurance.
