Qualifications

• Friendly, skilled, solution-oriented, and able to communicate well
• Male or female with attractive appearance
• Graduates of Diploma 1 - Diploma 3 and Bachelor's degree with minimum GPA 2.50
• Graduates of High School (SMA) / Vocational School (SMK) with average report card score for semesters 5 and 6 minimum 70
• Indonesian citizens aged 18 to 24 years
• Have never participated in the Bakti BCA Internship program before
• Willing to be placed in all BCA branches in the Palangkaraya, Rajawali, Sampit, Pangkalan Bun, and surrounding areas
