• Manage the execution of new branch construction and renovation projects, from planning and pre-construction through construction and handover.
• Analyze the development and facility improvement needs of branches in accordance with operational requirements and company standards.
• Review, evaluate, and coordinate project designs and technical documents.
• Develop project timelines, monitor project progress, and ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards.
• Coordinate with all stakeholders, including internal teams, vendors, consultants, and contractors, to ensure smooth project execution.
• Identify project risks, follow up on mitigation actions, and provide effective recommendations and solutions.

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelors degree (S1) in Architecture.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in architectural design, facility development, or commercial projects (e.g., office, retail, or hotel).
• Proficient in reading, understanding, evaluating, and providing input on architectural working drawings and project technical documents.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and other design software such as SketchUp and Adobe Photoshop, as well as Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Able to develop project timelines, prioritize tasks, and prepare project monitoring and progress reports.
• Basic understanding of construction, renovation, and construction management processes.
