Field Supervisor - Integrated Project Management

Job Description

• Coordinate and supervise the execution of Integrated Drilling Services activities at the project site, including drilling, well intervention, and other related services.
• Ensure all operational activities are carried out in accordance with the work program, project targets, procedures, and operational requirements.
• Coordinate various operational functions, including engineering teams, field operations, materials, HSE, and relevant service providers.
• Ensure the readiness and availability of personnel, equipment, materials, and other operational requirements before and during project execution.
• Monitor overall operational progress, identify field-related issues, and coordinate appropriate follow-up actions and resolutions.
• Ensure all operational activities comply with applicable HSE standards, regulations, and company procedures.
• Provide operational progress reports and performance evaluations to the IPM Manager.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Engineering with a minimum of 5 years of work experience, or Diploma (D3) in Engineering with a minimum of 10 years of work experience in the oil and gas industry, particularly in upstream operations, with experience as a Field Supervisor, Well Site Representative, or Drilling Site Representative.
• Proven hands-on experience in upstream operational activities, particularly Integrated Drilling Services, covering drilling, well intervention, and other supporting services.
• Must have experience in Integrated Project Management (IPM) projects.
• Must hold a valid APB or APPS certification.
• Must hold a valid IADC WellSharp Supervisor or IWCF Level 4 certification.
• Strong leadership, coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Engineering Physics, with a minimum of 2 years of work experience in the Oil and Gas or Petrochemical industry. Diploma 3 (D3) in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Engineering Physics, with a minimum of 2 years of work experience in the Oil and Gas or Petrochemical industry.
• Possess a Certificate of Good Conduct issued by the Police.
• Physically fit and able to provide a doctor’s certificate (drug-free / NAPZA) and a Fit to Work medical check-up result.
• Possess a Maintenance and Operations Management training certificate.
• Have valid NDT, MT, PT, and UT training certificates or training experience.
• Able to interpret inspection results (NDT, MT, PT, UT).

Responsibilities

• Develop work plans and improvement plans for Plant Operations.
• Execute work plans in coordination with all operations and maintenance personnel.
• Review plant operational reports (daily, weekly, and monthly).
• Evaluate Plant Operations performance and incoming reports, and implement follow-up actions, corrective actions, and necessary improvements.
• Prepare daily work orders to achieve operational targets, including HSSE objectives (zero accidents and zero environmental pollution), while maintaining a positive work environment.
• Prepare and submit reports to the Plant Manager (daily, weekly, and monthly), both verbally and in writing.
• Carry out other assignments as directed by the Plant Manager.
• Actively coordinate with the maintenance department, HSSE team, and other relevant parties to ensure the smooth implementation of Operations and Maintenance programs.
• Be responsible for the safety of oneself and others in the work environment, including preventing potential environmental pollution.
• Maintain cleanliness of the work site, ensure proper facility upkeep, and safeguard against fire, explosion, pollution, and environmental contamination risks.
• Drive operational improvements and innovations to enhance operational efficiency while maintaining quality standards.
