About The Job
The increasingly rapid development of technology is one of the challenges that must be faced by all companies in Indonesia, including BCA. Responding to this challenge, BCA continues to prioritize innovation so that it can always be a bank that the public can rely on. The innovations carried out by BCA so far require support from all parties, especially the IT department.
To prepare professionals in the IT field, BCA specifically designed the BDP IT program. BDP IT participants will take part in 12 months of training at BCA regarding banking and Information Technologies. Graduates of this program will be immediately appointed as permanent employees and placed in the BCA IT Division. During the training, participants will receive a monthly allowance, health insurance, holiday allowance, year-end allowance and of course quality training from BCA.

- Application Developer
- Backend Developer
- Data Specialist
- Database Engineer
- DevOps Engineer
- IT Security Specialist
- IT Systems Infrastructure Engineer
- Mainframe Developer
- Network Engineer
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor's degree with minimum GPA 3.00
- Have an educational background majoring in Informatics Engineering / Information Systems / Computer Engineering / Statistics / Physics / Mathematics / Industrial Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering
- Have basic knowledge and interest in the IT field
- Have experience working in the technology (IT) field is a value added
- Maximum age 24 years old (Bachelor's degree) and 26 years old (Master's degree)
- Willing to not marry for 1 year of education
- Willing to undergo an employment bond for 2 years after the education program
- Placement at Head Office (Jakarta / Tangerang)
- Selection test will be held in Jakarta / Tangerang
