Port services are providing facilities for terminal, dock, and other facilities, provision and/or service of fueling and clean water, vehicles pick up and drop off, and tug boat services.
Until 2015, ASDP Indonesia Ferry have been providing 195 ferry routes across Indonesia, which served by 139 fleets (commercial and pioneer). These routes are connected from Sabang to Merauke, and from Talaud to Rote.
Other than the main business activities, the Company can also conduct other business activity in an effort to optimize the utilization of sources for property, advertising, warehouse, office affairs, tourism facilities, leasing and operation of facilities and infrastructure of river, lake and ferry transportation.

General Requirement

- Minimum possess Bachelor's degree majoring in Management / Economics / Communications / Information Systems

Technical Requirements
- Have minimum 3 years experience, and / or 2 years serving in an equivalent position
- Have experience in marketing, business development & partnership, and product management
Job Description
- Explore and coordinate the preparation of Ferizy's partnership program strategy with potential sales channel partner, payment channel, service (add ons)
- Coordinate the process of preparing cooperation document from end to end, starting from discussing partners' initial interest, negotiation, until the cooperation document are approved
- Establish good relationship with partner who have collaborated within the scope of Ferizy
- Provide recommendation for the development of Ferizy's feature, capability, capacity and accessibility as input and consideration for superior in order to support the continuity of Ferizy's business and service in accordance with the changing times and the needs of customer
- Coordinate, analyze and evaluate partners' performance (sales aspect, service suitability aspect and other related aspect) on a regular basis which are then reported to superior as a basis for consideration in negotiating, evaluating and continuing cooperation

Job Description
- Manage stakeholder related to the work program of the Directorate of Commercial and Service
- Coordinate with related Division in preparation for the implementation of the Work Program
- Coordinate with related Division to plan the implementation of Work Program
- Manage a series of processes for planning, implementing, monitoring and evaluating work program in the current year through coordination with the relevant division
- Monitore the work program in accordance with the project management plan to ensure the progress of the work program implementation in term of scope, timeliness, and cost and quality of work
- Evaluate work program together with related Division to obtain information related to progress to effectiveness, project suitability and constraint and report the result periodically to the Director of Commercial and Service
