- Consumer Branded Products (CBP). Indofood CBP is one of the leading packaged food producers in Indonesia, with a wide range of packaged food products. ICBP product brands are among the strongest brands with the most significant mind share in Indonesia for consumer food brands.
- Bogasari, primarily a producer of wheat flour as well as pasta. Its business operations are supported by shipping and packaging units.
- Agribusiness. The Group’s principal business activities range from research and development, seed breeding, oil palm cultivation and milling; as well as the production & marketing of branded cooking oils, margarine and shortening. In addition, the Group is also involved in the cultivation and processing of rubber and sugar cane as well as other crops.

Job Description
- Carrying out the process of implementing salary payments, starting from preparation, input, processing, checking, payment
- Carry out payroll reporting processes related to tax reports, payments to banks, and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan
- Carry out all administrative processes related to the payroll process
- Carry out filing of all payroll data which is his responsibility
Job Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Management, or related fields
- Preferably having one year experience in related field
- Able to operate Ms Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)
- Understand SAP Payroll and Tax
- Firm, thorough, and have integrity
- Placement: South Jakarta (SIMP Head Office)

Brand Manager
- ICBP - Nutrition and Special Food
Job Description
- Develop marketing strategy to grow the brand and win the market competition
- Implement marketing plan & strategy into strong and holistic marketing campaigns
- Analyze and evaluate brand performance in terms of sales, profitability, brand health, market share and come up with recommendation action to achieve brand target
- Prepare new product launch: product concept, communication plan, marketing campaign
- Manage media plan, consumer & trade promo, branding, research, A&P
Job Requirement
- Bachelor's / Master's degree, GPA minimum 3.00, all major (Marketing, Business would be advantage), experience minimum 5 years in brand management and 2 years as Brand Manager in FMCG
- Strong understanding in brand management and strategy development
- Understanding consumers need & trend and ability to respond to consumers wishes
- Analytical thinking and commercial business oriented
- Creativity in developing impactful marketing campaign
- Experienced in launching successful new products
- Understanding of consumer research
