The operation of the Madura Strait Production Sharing Contract (PSC) is currently under the management of Husky-CNOOC Madura Limited (HCML), whose shares are owned by Husky Oil Madura Partnership (HOMP) 40%, China National Offshore Oil Corporation Southeast Asia Limited (CNOOC) 40%, and SMS Development Limited (Samudra Energy) 20%.
Husky Oil Madura Partnership is a subsidiary of Husky Energy Ltd., a Canadian-based integrated energy company, which operates in the United States and Asia Pacific region. Meanwhile, CNOOC is a major national oil company in China focusing on the exploration, exploitation, and development of oil and natural gas. Samudra Energy Limited is an independent upstream oil and gas company having core business on the exploration, development and production of oil and gas in Indonesia.

Husky-CNOOC Madura Limited (abbreviated as “HCML”) is one of the Production Sharing Contracts (PSC) of Special Task Force for Upstream Oil and Gas Business (SKK Migas), Ministry of Energy & Minerals, as a representative of the Government of Republic of Indonesia to conduct exploration and exploitation of Oil & Gas in Madura Strait.
Our Company is based in Jakarta with operation fields covering some areas in East Java, including Sumenep, Sampang, Pasuruan, and Probolinggo offshore. To sustain its successful operation, the company has also opened its Regional Office in Surabaya. To support its growth and operations, we are looking for qualified personnel with high motivation, initiative and integrity to fill in the following positions.

Senior Auditor

Responsibilities

To perform audit and assurance activities accountable to Head of Audit in order to ensure HCML compliance with government regulations, company policies, and procedures. To liaise with Government Auditor and Shareholder Auditor during the audit engagement. To perform internal control audit activities by conducting review/testing on HCML internal control and process, system and policies to ensure the risk of the business is minimized as per established standard and guidelines to ensure optimum compliance in HCML.

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or any other related disciplines.
  • Have minimum 5 years of experience in audit role, or Minimum 2 years of experience in Internal Control.
  • Have minimum 3 years’ experience in the Oil and gas industry.
  • Have an understanding of Oil & Gas industry.
  • Have Knowledge on Government regulations (Laws 22/2001, GR 27/2017, GR 79/2010, MoF decree/PMK 258 th 2011) and SKK Migas Regulation (i.e. PTK 007, PTK 018, PTK 027, PTK 039, etc.) is preferable.
  • Have understanding of cost recovery concept, audit skills and company policy, COSO Internal Control Frameworks and ISO 37001 Anti Bribery Management System is an advantage.

Engineer Production Support

Responsibilities

Assist Head of Field Operation Support to manage, monitor, and support the operation of fields, including for technical, engineering, planning, control, coordination, etc. by efficiently utilize the available resources in the Department to meet the target including HSE, Production, and Financial.

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Engineering disciplines.
  • Have minimum 2 years’ experience in production, maintenance, or engineering function in Oil and Gas industry.
  • Have good knowledge in the basic principle of engineering.
  • Have experience or knowledge in oil & gas production facilities operations.
  • Have experience or knowledge in oil & gas operation including HSSE, production operation, and maintenance.
  • Have experience or knowledge in monitoring, reporting, and analyzing the production data in oil & gas operation.
  • Familiar in using Microsoft Office and SAP is preferable.
  • Have a good interpersonal and organization skill such as collaborating with others, attention to detail, and analytical thinking.
  • Working Location : Jakarta Office (may require travelling to sites)
