In 1999, the company transitioned into PT Kereta Api (Persero), marking its shift toward a more corporate structure. Today, KAI operates as a modern railway company, continuously improving its services and infrastructure to meet the growing demands of transportation in Indonesia.

PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero), Tbk (BNI) was originally established in Indonesia as a central Bank under the name of “Bank Negara Indonesia” on July 5, 1946.
