PT Patra Drilling Contractor (PDC) is a subsidiary of PT Pertamina Drilling Services Indonesia (PDSI), which falls under the umbrella of Subholding Upstream Pertamina. Established on September 11, 1981, PDC was the first national company in Indonesia to focus on providing offshore drilling services using domestic equipment. Over the years, PDC has diversified its services to include Accommodation Work Barge (AWB) and Catering services.

Medco Power, through its subsidiary, PT Medco Ratch Power Riau (MRPR), was appointed as the winner of a tender for the Riau 275 MW CCPP project in Pekanbaru,Riau. The power purchase agreement was signed in April 2017, followed by the issuance of PLN’s Financing Date Declaration in September 2018. Riau CCPP has reached commercial operation in February 2022.
Medco Power is also developing Sumbawa Solar PV project with capacity of 26 MWp. Sumbawa Solar PV is planned to operate commercially starting Q2 2022. Furthermore, Medco Power will develop West and East Bali Solar PV projects with total capacity of 2×25 MWp. In addition, Medco Power has implemented electric vehicles as operational cars in its head office and subsidiaries such as in Riau, Batam and Jepara.

Our mines in Grasberg minerals district, Papua – Indonesia is one of the world’s largerst copper and gold deposits. We currently mining the final phase of the Grasberg open pit, which contains high copper and gold ore grades. We have been working on several projects in the Grasberg minerals district related to the development of its large-scale, long-lived, high-grade underground mines. In aggregate, these underground mines are expected to produce large-scale quantities of copper and gold following the transition from the Grasberg open pit.
