- Minimum Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resources fields (preferably have experience in the mining sector)
- Having strong understanding in Industrial and Employee Relations, Recruitment, and other HR functions
- Willing to be placed at our mining site in Kalimantan

Criteria and Requirements

- Minimum age 21 years (Operator A2B) and maximum age 40 years at registration
- Minimum height 163 cm
- Physically and mentally fit
- Minimum 2 years of experience operating the unit of the applied position
