Job Overview

Djarum pays great attention to the quality of raw materials used to produce cigarettes, including tobacco, cloves, and wrapping materials. As a Tobacco Trainee, you will be responsible for evaluating the quality of tobacco, both during the purchasing process and before it is produced into cigarettes.
Precision, patience, and a willingness to learn about tobacco are fundamental qualities that must be possessed to sort and ensure that only the best tobacco is used.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Conduct tobacco grading
• Prepare reports on the grading results
• Provide suggestions for improvements in grading activities and tobacco treatment
