Job Description

  • HSE Officer Project PHE Jambi Merang

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Create work programs related to Occupational Health and Safety (OHS), Risk Management, and ensure the implementation.
  • Coordinate with external and internal parties regarding the OHS process.
  • Monitor the feasibility of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for personnel and the need for medical check-ups for personnel.
  • Create routine HSE reports and analysis related to work accidents.
  • Responsible for administrative processes related to HSE.

Qualifications

  • Male or female.
  • Aged 23 - 40 years.
  • Holds a Bachelor's degree in Public Health / OHS / Civil Engineering / Environmental Engineering.
  • Having a Ahli K3 Umum certificate and Ahli K3 Migas certificate is an advantage.
  • Understands Law No. 1 of 1970 and general regulations related to OHS.
  • Preferably has at least 1-3 years of work experience in a similar field.
  • Able to operate Microsoft Office.
  • Willing to travel for work if needed (site visit).

Admin General Service and Receptionist

Job Description

  • Placement: Musi Banyuasin
  • Schedule: 20 Days On - 10 Days Off

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Create Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and work instructions for project needs.
  • Control, ensure, and document the implementation of checklists on-site.
  • Prepare, archive, monitor data and documents required such as worksheets, information, and databases, etc.
  • Verify documents before sending them to superiors and the head office.
  • Create monthly reports required by the head office.
  • Record office supply needs.
  • Ensure the availability of accommodations and serve as well as create data for visitors and clients who will stay in the accommodations.
  • Inform visitors and clients who will stay to the Camp Boss and related functions for follow-up.
  • Create reports related to complaints, deficiencies, or damage to facilities from visitors and clients.
  • Arrange the schedule of activities for visitors and clients in the use of the recreation hall.

Qualifications

  • Preferably domiciled in Musi Banyuasin or Jambi.
  • Aged 23 - 35 years.
  • Holds a Diploma 3 (D3), preferably from Business Administration / Office Administration / equivalent major.
  • Preferably has 1 year of experience in project / office administration in both soft and hardcopy forms.
  • Understands how to operate Microsoft Office.
  • Willing to work according to the determined schedule and / or operational needs.
