- Conduct periodic research and development activities in both mining business and technical aspects (including research on the latest technologies, methods, mining process flow, infrastructure design, geotechnics, and mining processing optimization) to support the availability of technical data for new projects / businesses as part of exploration planning.

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Geological Engineering, Geology, Mining Engineering or Mining
- Has completed their studies
- Minimum GPA 3.00

- Has received a COVID-19 booster vaccine
