Staff Systems Application and Products in Data Processing (SAP)

The SAP Officer is responsible for the effective operation, support, and maintenance of the SAP system within the organization. This includes configuring SAP modules, providing user support, ensuring data integrity, and collaborating with other departments to streamline business processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day support and troubleshooting for SAP modules (e.g., FI/CO, MM, SD, HR, etc.).
  • Monitor system performance and ensure the integrity, reliability, and availability of SAP applications.
  • Work with end-users to understand business requirements and translate them into functional SAP solutions.
  • Collaborate with IT and business teams to implement upgrades, patches, and new functionalities.
  • Assist in data migration and integration processes during SAP system implementations or upgrades.
  • Ensure compliance with data security policies and internal audit standards.
  • Generate and analyze SAP reports to support business decision-making.
  • Liaise with SAP vendors and consultants as needed for system enhancements or issue resolution.

Required Qualifications

  • Female
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 1 years of experience working with SAP systems.
  • Familiarity with key SAP modules (e.g., SAP ERP, SAP S/4HANA).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in project management or SAP implementation projects.
  • Status: Contract Based
