Job Description

• Sales Management Trainee programme is a special management development programme for the best graduates who will be future leader (Sales Manager) and successors of our company in 2 years. This programme include in class training, on the job training and coaching.

Requirements

• Fresh graduate or maximum 1 year experience
• Maximum age 22 years old
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Management or Marketing from reputable university with minimum GPA 3.25 of 4.00 scale
• Fast learner, ambitious, proactive, energetic and persistent
• Ability to work well under pressure and have a "Can-Do Attitude"
• Strong negotiation skill
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Willing to be placed in all of our branches throughout Indonesia
