Management Trainee - Human Resource

• Semarang

Job Description

• Experience in handling HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, training, payroll, and performance management. Familiarity with general affairs duties (facility management, administrative support, etc.)
• Responsible for the company's security
• Understand BPJS, Labor Law and Company Licensing

Job Requirement

• Male / Female maximum 35 years old.
• Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) majoring in Law, Psychology, Human Resources Management or have experience in Human Resources for 2 years preferably in manufacturing.
• Strong leadership abilities and team management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in operating Microsoft Excel.
• Willing to be placed in Semarang.
