Associate Business Manager (ATC) - Yogyakarta
Develop Direct Business in Alternative Trade Channel, Food Service outlets based on targeted outlets in his area responsibility: BRO / BA / Area’s for Hotels Chain, Global and Local QSR, Big Institution Company, Global / Big Group Bakery and Global CTB.Vacancy Description
- Plan, check, monitor of sales team's route & achievement target in daily basis to ensure all outlet are visited as targeted and on schedule. Including brief & coaching to enhance the skill & knowledges.
- Coordinate with warehouse & supply chain team in regards into stock management in daily basis, to ensure product's availability & quality.
- Trade promotion activity execution & monitoring to ensure the implementation and effectiveness.
- Identify market opportunity and create strategic planning to develop business in the respective area.
- Gather and analyze competitor data to get updated on market condition and competitor activities.
- Liaise with distributor to keep a good relationship and manage the occurring problem.
What We Ask
- Must possess at least Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Having at least 3 Year(s) of working experiences as Sales Supervisor in Fast Moving Consumer Goods.
- Have experience in Food Solution (Food Service / HORECA) is preferable.
- High resilient, self-starter, dynamic, and good in negotiation.
- Willing to be stationed in Yogyakarta with future prospect to be relocate all around Indonesia.
- Able to drive a car and have a valid driving license.
