Frontliners Staff
- Kuala Kapuas, Kalimantan Tengah
Their main duty is to carry out banking operational activities to provide excellent service to support business growth and ensure customer satisfaction. They also perform control functions in accordance with compliance principles, internal policies, and applicable external regulations.
Responsibilities
- Ensure Sales and Service Standards at the branch comply with applicable regulations
- Provide services according to the existing Service Level Agreement
- Deliver customer service and follow up on complaints at the branch in accordance with regulations
- Support the achievement of business targets as set
- Execute the Sales Process at the branch to support business growth
Qualifications
- Minimum education: Bachelor's degree (any major)
- Fresh graduates and experienced candidates are welcome to apply
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Ability to learn and adapt quickly
- Willing to be placed in Kuala Kapuas, Central Kalimantan
