Risk Data Analyst Officer

Job Description
- Develop and review risk frameworks and modeling methodologies (such as regression, clustering, etc.).
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations using statistical approaches to support risk indicators and business decisions.
- Perform analysis and propose the development of risk measurement models (e.g., stress tests, credit loss reserves, scoring).
- Establish methodologies in modeling activities.
- Collaborate with related units in the development and refinement of risk models.
- Evaluate and continuously optimize risk data analysis processes.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree (S1), preferably in Mathematics, Statistics, Information Technology, or related fields.
- At least 2 years of experience in data analytics or risk management.
- Proficient in tools and programming languages such as Python, R, SQL, and Power BI.
- Preferably experienced in banking risk management or financial modeling.
- Understanding of banking products as well as regulations from OJK, BI, Government Regulations, and internal bank policies.
- Possess strong analytical skills, systematic thinking, and team leadership abilities.
