Operational Risk Management Officer

Job Description

  • Conduct assessment, evaluation, and/or proposal for granting authority limits for each submission.
  • Create and review regulation related to authority limit as well as the processes involved.
  • Develop and review the operational risk management framework.
  • Identify, analyze, and review risks associated with each product submission.
  • Ensure that all activities are documented in policies, standard procedures, and other relevant regulations.
  • Prepare operational risk highlight material, Risk Monitoring Committee report, Risk Management Committee report, and other operational risk reports.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Hold at least a Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the same field, preferably in the banking industry.
  • Experienced in business activities, operations, or support functions within distribution networks or head office units.
  • Possess strong knowledge of banking products, marketing and sales, and operational risk management.
  • Understand relevant internal and external regulations (Bank Indonesia regulations, government regulations, risk management policies, etc.).
