Team Leader IT Compliance and Regulatory
Job Description
- Maintain the Bank's compliance, especially in the IT field, and take preventive actions or steps to ensure that the policies, regulations, systems, and procedures established by the bank are in accordance with regulatory provisions
- Review internal policies / regulations and work procedures to support business progress while adhering to prudential principles and regulations
- Ensure that policies and decisions made by the bank do not support elements of deviation from the applicable laws and regulations
- Check every new regulation or amendment on electronic media such as the websites of OJK, BI, LPS, PPATK related to Commercial Banks
- Analyze provisions that impact the Bank, particularly those related to the operation of IT systems
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) from any major (Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Security is a plus)
- At least 2 years of experience in IT compliance, IT Audit, or a related field
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
