Job Description
- Manage the administration of advances, disbursements, and accountability of ASN socialization activities.
- Verify the proposals and accountability of ASN socialization activities.
- Register tax vendors with the SPM and Accounting division for transactions subject to tax.
- Calculate taxes and create tax withholding evidence for transactions subject to PPh 21 tax in the e-SPT application.
- Manage administration related to payments and accountability of reward programs for the growth of e-Dapem.
- Develop new initiatives that can accelerate target achievement.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum S1 (Bachelor's degree) in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in administration or finance (open to fresh graduates).
- Understand tax regulations, especially PPh 21 and the e-SPT application.
- Proficient in operating Microsoft Excel and familiar with SAP.
- Detail-oriented, with strong analysis and verification skills.
