- Responsible for planning, coordinating, managing, and supervising all activities of the Sub-Branch Office (KCP), including operational and marketing activities, in order to achieve the Bank's business goals to generate maximum profit, in accordance with applicable regulations and based on sharia principles.
- Identify economic potential in the working area and play an active role in business development strategies to expand market share.
- Improve the quality and quantity of business at the KCP.
- Continuously enhance the quality of financing, fund structure, and banking service products in the sub-branch.

- Create an annual work plan based on established targets
- Search for and screen prospective / potential customers
- Build a database of prospective / potential customers

- Provide appropriate Sharia Bank product alternatives based on customers' needs
- Conduct approach and business visits to prospective / customers for relationship building, data collection, and necessary documentation
- Understand customers' needs and offer suitable BCA Syariah products and services
- Serve customers based on service standards
- Collect and verify data / information / documents from both internal and external parties required for financing processing or existing financing maintenance
- Provide recommendations on applications handled by team members before forwarding financing requests to decision-makers
