Job Description

A Relationship Officer (RO) is a functional staff member assigned to specific branches at BCA Syariah. Their primary duty is to deepen and strengthen relationships between BCA Syariah and its customers both funding and financing customers to foster a harmonious connection. This relationship contributes to the acceleration and growth of CASA and NOC within BCA Syariah.

Main Responsibilities

• Increase CASA growth at BCA Syariah.
• Improve the number of NOC accounts.
• Refer potential financing customers.
• Build strong relationships and provide excellent service to BCA Syariah customers.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Minimum GPA 2.75.
• At least 2 years of experience in the banking industry.
• Passionate about marketing and business.
• Enjoys building relationships with others.
• Possesses strong negotiation skills.
• Motivated to achieve professional success.
• Target-oriented.
