Are you a final-year student, fresh graduate, or first-jobber ready to take on new challenges? If so, BCA has exciting news for you! BCA is currently opening the Management Trainee (MT) Program for the July batch for those eager to build a career in banking!

This is a career program designed for those who want to accelerate their career at BCA, as you will be prepared to become BCA’s Future Leader. You will receive a one-year training program related to the banking industry, making you ready to assist users or customers. The open positions are as follows:

Management Development Program (MDP)

• A career program for those interested in gaining a comprehensive understanding of the banking world. You will learn skills such as marketing, auditing, and banking business development.

Wealth Management Program (WMP)

• A career program for those interested in becoming a Wealth Specialist who supports marketing teams at branch offices by providing suitable investment product solutions for BCA customers or becoming a Personal Relationship Officer responsible for building relationships with customers and offering tailored BCA solutions.

BCA Development Program IT (BDP-IT)

• A career program for those passionate about joining the #ITBCA team to develop IT banking skills. You will enhance skills in application development, IT security, data management, and system infrastructure.
• Note: For BDP-IT, the class batch starts in October.

Requirements

These programs are open to those who meet the following criteria:

• Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) with a GPA of at least 3.00.
• Maximum age of 24 years old (for S1) and 26 years old (for S2).
• Final-year students graduating in 2025, fresh graduates, or first-jobbers at the time of application.
• Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• IT background or related field (specific to BDP-IT).
