About the Job

With customers becoming increasingly aware of the importance of financial management, BCA sees this as an opportunity to strengthen its business. Thus, BCA is looking for young professionals interested in economic and investment developments to join the Wealth Management Program, which includes a one-year educational training. Upon completing the program, participants will be directly employed as Permanent Employees at a BCA branch office.
There are two specialization tracks for Wealth Management Program graduates:
Personal Relationship Officer: If you have marketing skills, your role will involve building relationships with clients and offering tailored BCA solutions.
Wealth Specialist: For those with strong analytical skills, you will support the marketing team at branch offices by providing suitable investment product solutions for BCA clients.

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) with a GPA of 3.00 out of 4.00.
• Maximum age: 24 years (for S1) and 26 years (for S2).
• Passion and interest in investment / wealth management.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and intrapersonal abilities.
• A high willingness to learn.
• Desire to achieve optimal targets.
• Must be unmarried and willing to remain so during the one-year education period.
• Willing to undergo a two-year service bond.
