Job Description

Astra Infra Management Trainee is designed to prepare Future Leader in Astra Infrastructure Business. This program encourage trainee to experience wide exposure within Astra Infras Business in Toll Road Industries.
Trainee is challenged to show their best performance in:

• Operational Roles (Toll Road Business, Construction and Digitalization).
• Corporate Finance and Accounting Roles.

During the program, trainee will be equipped with extensive learning which consist of:

• In Class Training
• Coaching and Mentoring
• On the Job Training

Requirements

• Bachelors or Masters degree from Civil Engineering and Road and Bridge Engineering, Accounting, Financial Management
• Maximum 2 years of experience, fresh graduates are very welcome
• Willing to be located all over Astra Infra's operational location (Trans Java Toll Road)
