The Adaro Logistics segment, led by PT Adaro Logistics (AL), supports the Adaro Group’s vertically integrated operations to maintain operational excellence and supply reliability by ensuring that coal arrives at the customers’ locations according to the agreed schedule, specifications, and quality.
Adaro Logistics now has an extensive range of businesses from coal barging and ship loading, fuel transport and management, channel management, dredging, multi purpose terminal and stockpile management, stevedoring to dockyard operations.
While most of the logistics operations are handled by its subsidiaries, in 2021, AL started its own operations by serving the Adaro Group companies with fuel handling and logistics services after acquiring four fuel tanks of 4,200-kiloliter capacity to be placed at KM 0 of Kelanis port and three fuel tanks of 4,400-kiloliter total capacity located at KM 73 of Adaro Indonesia’s hauling road.
In 2023, AL started to operate the fuel tank at Adaro Minerals Indonesia (AMI)’s hauling road and made a significant expansion in its business by starting the first barge-to-barge terminal operations in North Kelanis for AMI’s coal in July 2023. Barge-to-barge transfer is a mechanism to increase efficiency by transferring coal from a smaller barge of 5,000 dwt to a larger barge of 10,000 to 15,000 dwt.
Furthermore, to support the increased volumes of the companies within the Adaro Group, AL is in the process of developing the second barge-to-barge transfer facility in North Kelanis and two units of fuel tanks of 2,500 kiloliter capacity each in Kelanis.
AL’s integrated Fuel Supply Chain Team collaborates with HBI and IBT on strategic fuel procurement program. From these collaborations, AL contributed Rp51.6 billion cost savings to AEI.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree of Logistics Management, Marine Transportation, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Naval Architecture, Marine Engineering
• Master's degree are welcome to apply
• Minimum GPA 3.00 out of 4.00
• Fresh graduate or maximum 2 years experiences
• Maximum 25 years old for Bachelor's degree and 27 years old for Master's degree
• Active in organizational activities
• Eager to learn with good communication and leadership skills
• Willing to be placed in Adaro Logistics operation area in Kalimantan
