Additionally, the company is involved in city and new town development, consulting and advocacy services for housing and settlements, and serving as an offtaker for subsidized reselling. The company’s core mission is to deliver housing, estate products, and services that balance public interest with profit, adhering to sound corporate management principles.

PERUMNAS focuses on fulfilling housing needs for the community and acts as the government’s extension in addressing housing needs for low-income populations through subsidized units. By employing large-scale development concepts, the company has significantly contributed to the creation of settlement areas and new towns across Indonesia. Notable projects include Helvetia Medan, Ilir Barat Palembang, Banyumanik Semarang, Tamalanrea Makassar, Dukuh Menanggal Surabaya, and Antapani Bandung, which have developed into thriving "New Towns."
