PertaMC is the reliable refinery operation & maintenance company operating in Indonesia. Our core competence is built on the integration of operation and maintenance under a good management team. PertaMC has time-honored experience in managing all seven Pertamina refineries for routine maintenance, preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance, major overhaul, turnaround, emergency repairs, metering system, sludge oil recovery, LPG workshop retester. LPG Workshop Retester Worskhop/repairs shop that operate maintenance service of 3kg LPG gas cylinders, which include the work of tube retest, retest with the tube repaint, repaint tube, valve replacement/repair of valves and other repair works. Currently the company has managed 7 retester workshops. Which 2 of its are owned by the Company. All those are located in Cikarang, Cinangka, Tasikmalaya, Tegal, Cikampek, Tanggerang, Malang. All retester has obtained ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 14000:2004 from Intertek.

Infrastructure Expert

Qualifications

• Understanding of the infrastructure project procurement process, from planning and tender submission to execution.
• Experience in conducting feasibility studies and project economic analysis.
• Expertise in preparing Owner Estimate (OE) or Self-Estimated Price (HPS).
• Ability to develop and apply policies related to Domestic Component Level (TKDN).
• Thorough understanding of industry standards and infrastructure-related regulations.
• Capable of working in multidisciplinary teams with strong communication skills.
• Experience in infrastructure project management and familiarity with the latest technology in the field.
• Good problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Certification in project management (PMP or equivalent).
• Experience in infrastructure automation or digitization system management.

Drafter

Qualifications

• Minimum education of Diploma 3 (D3) in Engineering with at least 3 years of experience as a Project Drafter.

• Preferably holds an AutoCAD Advance Certificate.
• Familiar with general standards commonly used in the oil and gas industry, such as ASME, API, AWS, NFPA, SNI, etc.
• Proficient in using AutoCAD software.
• Skills in operating design software (e.g., SketchUp) are an added value.

Material Man

Well Control Instructor

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in drilling, completions, or well intervention at the Supervisor level. Experienced as a wireline and coiled tubing supervisor will be considered based on assessment.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Well Control Instructor (IADC or IWCF).
• Holds a valid IADC Well Control Instructor certificate at the Supervisory course level for Drilling Operations and Well Servicing, with recent instructor test scores above 90% in all modules preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree (S1) or Diploma 3 (D3) in Engineering from a university is preferred.
• Proficient in using computers, especially Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
• Experienced in operating well control simulators such as DRILLSIM20, i-DRILLSIM, and CS simulator.
• Capable of operating complex computer applications and presentation graphics for training purposes.
• Preferably involved in handling well control incidents and experienced in developing well control standards.
• Familiar with industry standards, specifications, codes, and documentation related to well control equipment.
• Possesses technical competence and demonstrates knowledge and field experience.
• Strong communication skills and fluency in English, both oral and written.

Expert Drilling Engineer

• Proficient in operating wellview applications and drilling engineer support software (e.g., casing design, wellplan, etc.).
• Skilled in using computers, at least Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and macros.
• Fluent in English, both oral and written.

Senior Drilling Engineer

Senior Expert Drilling Engineer

Mud and SCE (Solid Control Equipment) Specialist

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Engineering with at least 4 years of experience in Oil and Gas Drilling.
• Expertise in drilling mud and experience with various mud systems, including troubleshooting mud systems with various drilling fluid contaminants.
• Experienced in various types of Solid Control Equipment and OEM parts, with the ability to analyze performance and recommend improvements.
• Holds a mud school certificate issued by a mud company or a competent national / international certification body.
• Basic knowledge of API standards for water-based mud, oil / synthetic-based mud field testing, and mud chemicals standards.
• Strong communication skills with engineering and operations teams.
• Skilled in preparing reports.
• Proficient in operating computers, at least Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), with experience in reporting software like Wellview preferred.
• Expertise in analyzing effective and efficient mud systems for development and exploratory wells.
• Fluent in English, both oral and written.

Wellwork Site Representative Assistant
