PTFI mines and process ores produces concentrates containing copper, gold and silver. We market concentrates all over the world, and mainly to domestic copper smelter, PT Smelting. We operates in the remote highlands of the Sudirman Mountain Range in Mimika Regency, Papua Province, Indonesia
Our mines in Grasberg minerals district, Papua – Indonesia is one of the world’s largerst copper and gold deposits. We currently mining the final phase of the Grasberg open pit, which contains high copper and gold ore grades. We have been working on several projects in the Grasberg minerals district related to the development of its large-scale, long-lived, high-grade underground mines. In aggregate, these underground mines are expected to produce large-scale quantities of copper and gold following the transition from the Grasberg open pit.

Engineer, Network Engineering #1

• Tembagapura, Papua

Education and Experience

• A Bachelor's degree or experienced Diploma 3 in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5 years experience for Diploma 3 with strong electrical background or 2 years experience for Bachelor's degree as a Field Service Technician in network site facility maintenance

Competencies

• Knowledge of two-way radio systems, telephony, COAX systems, fiber optics, data communications, DC / solar power systems, installation methodologies. Strong communication, project management, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in English (verbal and written). Achievement orientation, analytical thinking, safety / environmental concern, customer service orientation, cultural sensitivity, and team leadership.
• Minimum knowledge of safety practice and electrical industrial practice standard

Foreman, Steel Fabrication Coordinator#2

Minimum Education and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering with 2 years experience in related field.

Minimum Education and Experience

• Minimum High School (SLTA) with a minimum of 8 years of field construction experience.
• Or Diploma 3 degree, preferably with Construction Engineering background with 7-10 years of field construction experience.
• Or Bachelor's degree, preferably with Construction Engineering background with 4-6 years of field construction experience.

• Competent both in Bahasa Indonesia and English, oral and written.

Engineer, Electrical #1

• Tembagapura, Papua

Minimum Education and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering majoring in Power System with minimum five (5) years experience in electrical design, preferable from EPC consultant and related field.
• Have projects experience in power system study such as load flow, short circuit analysis, arc flash calculation, relay protection coordination, motor acceleration study, etc.
• Have extensive experience in developing Front End Engineering Design (FEED), Detail Engineering Design (DED) and developing material datasheet / specification for procurement purposes.

• Analytical skill.
• English (Minimum TOEFL score 500).
• Project management skill.
• Knowledge of the field.
• Communication, human relation and interpersonal skills.
• Intermediate software skill in ETAP, DIALux, AutoCAD and Microsoft Offices.
• Familiar with SEL and Multilin programming by using software acSELerator Quickset, Enervista, etc.
• Knowledge of electrical international standard such as ANSI, IEEE, IEC, NFPA, NEC, NEMA, IES, NESC & GOI standard such as SNI, PUIL, etc.
