Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Carrying out activities to identify potential and competition in credit business, integrated banking solutions marketing, and monitoring of credit portfolios, funds, and other bank services, controlling credit quality, and handling problem credits.

Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor's degree from a university / college with minimum GPA 2.75 (4 scale)
- Maximum age 25 years old (not yet passed the 26th birthday at the time of initial selection) for fresh graduates or maximum age 30 years old (not yet passed the 31st birthday at the time of initial selection) for candidate with minimum 1 year experience in banking
- Well-behaved as proven by a Police Record Certificate (SKCK)
- Does not have outstanding obligations (Service Bond penalties in non-BRI companies, loans, BRIGUNA, credit cards, and cooperatives, either for the applicant or the spouse’s obligations at BRI, including outstanding obligations in other institutions) and ensures that the candidate is not involved in online loan arrears or online gambling.
- Does not have any immediate family relationship (husband / wife / father / mother / child / sibling) with employees of PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk.
- Able to communicate well
- Likes challenge and has an extensive network
- Willing to be placed in any BRI work unit
- Preferably domiciled in the local Work Unit area
