Human Capital Staff 

Responsibilities

  • Implementing the placement of Talent Acquisition and Assessment, Talent Development and Culture Management. Getting employees with appropriate skills, abilities and competencies for the company needs. Implementing Traktor Nusantara’s Employee Value Proposition (EVP) to increase candidate interest, retention and engagement of Traktor Nusantara’s employees including internal socialization strategy and maintenance of external communication

Qualifications

  • Bachelor Degree (S1) from, Business Management, Human Resource Management, Management, Psychology, Industrial Engineering.
  • Minimum GPA 3.00 (4 scaled) from Reputable University
  • Maximum age of 27 years old in 2019
  • Ability to define and analyze development need to build new development program related to Human Capital or modify and improve existing program
  • Excellent analytical thinking, interpersonal skill with the ability to foster relationship with internal and external stakeholder, posses strong drive, and able to work under tight schedules.
  • Experienced in major project in recruitment, people development and culture management are more preferred
  • Computer literacy is a must (Microsoft Office, Microsoft Outlook, Adobe Photoshop)
  • Fluent in English both oral and written

IT Application Developer

Responsibilities

  • Support for existing Operational Business Application
  • Support for Development New Application
  • Fixing issue, bugs and any issue problem

Qualifications

  • Bachelor Degree (S1) from Informatic Engineering, Informatics System
  • Minimum GPA 3,00 (4 scaled) from Reputable University
  • Maximum 27 years old in 2019
  • Algorithm analytical thinking and problem solving
  • A team player and ready for single player both with strong commitment
  • Basic knowledge in Microsoft .Net platform (ASP .Net, MVC / MVVC, C#, LINQ), Java, Kotlin and development tools
  • Have basic experience in Application Integration (SOAP, Web Service, CSV, etc)
  • Knowledge in Microsoft SQL Server and other database Platform (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc)

Product Engineer - Air Compressor

Responsibilities

  • Developing trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients to ensure they do not turn to competition
  • Acquiring a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements especially for air compressor product
  • Expanding the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives

Qualifications

  • Maximum age 35 years old in 2019
  • Having good analytical thinking, interpersonal skill, posses strong leadership, able to work in a team, and work under tight schedules.
  • Computer literacy is a must
  • At least 4 - 5 years related engineering experience with progressively responsible positions

Accounting - Finance Staff

Responsibilities

  • Planning and Executing Financial activity
  • Implementing and Executing administration, reporting, reconcilliation related to Accounting activity
  • Monitoring and Collecting customer payments / account receivable (AR) by recording cash, checks and credit transaction
  • Posts revenues by verifying and entering transaction

Qualifications

  • Bachelor Degree (S1) from Accounting, Finance
  • Minimum GPA 3.00 (4 scaled) from Reputable University

Accounting / Finance Officer

Responsibilities

  • Implementing and executing Accounting / Finance Administration and Reporting, Reconciliation, and Monitoring all Accounting / Finance activity.

Qualifications

  • Diploma Degree (D3) from Accounting or Finance major
  • Minimum GPA 3.00 (4 scaled) from Reputable University
  • Maximum age of 25 years old in 2019
  • Able to work with Standard and Operating Procedure (SOP)

Electrical Drafter (Genset Center)

Responsibilities

  • Preparing technical drawings of electrical wiring systeMicrosoft During the drawing process, analyze information (such as measurements and sketches) provided by engineers, architects and scientists. Drafters apply their knowledge of design and engineering to illustrate visual instructions that relate technical specifications, including dimensions, arrangements and installation procedures. 

Qualifications

  • Diploma Degree (D3) from Electrical / Mechanical Engineering major
  • Minimum GPA 3.00 (4 scaled) from Reputable University
  • Maximum age of 25 years old in 2019
  • Able to work with Standard and Operating Procedure (SOP)
  • Having good analytical thinking, interpersonal skill, posses strong drive, able to work in a team, and work under tight schedules.
  • Able to make the engineering design with related software (ex: AutoCAD)
  • Having good knowledge in Wiring System, Technical Clarifications, Panel System Testing Commissioning
