Job Description

  • The 6-month education and training program, starts with classroom training and on-the-job training. Customer Services Trainees are prepared to be able to handle customers to provide the best solutions quickly and precisely.

Qualifications

  • Maximum age 25 years old
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree from reputable university
  • Minimum GPA 2.75 of 4.00
  • Have an interest in sales and services
  • Attractive and fluent in English

Job Scope

  • Customer Service is responsible for providing quality services efficiently and friendly to customers, answering questions, handling customer complaints, providing information and guiding customers through various bank procedures. Maintain and improve relationships with customers in daily service. This position are also responsible for carrying out cross-selling (service to sell), carrying out all administration related to customer service, acting according to applicable internal and external regulations, and implementing effective and efficient time management.
