Manager Digital Experience & Design - Jakarta

Description

We are looking for a qualified Manager Digital Experience & design to join our Digital team. You will be working very closely with the Global consumer journey team and the local Digital and Brand teams. You will contribute to the development and adoption of a “consumer-centric” mindset across the local organization and design digital consumer journey to provide best possible user design experience

Key Duties

  • Understand key business priorities and questions, drivers and hypotheses
  • Understand Consumer personas on their key needs, tasks & pain points
  • Design digital consumer journey map to address consumer pain point and desired experience.
  • Able to use consumer analytics and finding across various data sources to review and refine user experience map
  • Manage and refine digital consumer journey map
  • Ensure utilization on consumer journey map by touchpoint / platform owner
  • Work with touchpoint / platform owner and data analytic team to run local testing of hypotheses (e.g., A / B testing)
  • Monitor performance and feedback on owned assets (incl. Apps) and provide recommendations for improvement to OC 

Your Qualifications

  • University degree in Business / Marketing / Communication / Technology or related field
  • Proven experience in User Interface & User Design / Experience design Led or related field
  • Strong communication & negotiation skill
  • Strong understanding on digital omni-channel
  • Good analytical especially on consumer behavior (persona)
  • Experience with common analytical processes such as digital analytics, market analytics, market research and sales reporting 
  • Experience with testing and conversion rate optimization tools, such as Optimizely is preferred

Manager E-Commerce & Web

Description

We are looking for a qualified Manager Ecommerce & Web to join our Digital team. You will responsible of the customization of the local website and contents publishing on owned channels including B2B and B2C. You will also be responsible of driving online sales for B2C and B2B e-commerce and will be working very closely with the Global Content team, Commercial, Science and Innovation teams and local teams (Digital Media, Content Management, Community Management and Commercial). You will apply the global e-commerce strategy and adapt it to your market needs. This includes localizing the product / service catalogue, managing the on site content and overseeing the online sales activities and transactions. 

Key Duties

  • Develop local websites & customize the local websites leveraging pre-configured templates and according to legal & cultural restrictions
  • Publish updates on local news, events, loyalty programs, brand information, educational modules, etc. on owned channels B2C & B2B, and maintain local store finder
  • Collaborate with external publishing agencies 
  • Adapt the global eCommerce strategy to your market in respect to local requirements aligned with local Commercial and OC objectives
  • Ensure consistent and accurate product / service range and information on e-shop
  • Ensure that relevant assets (e.g., banner, product image) are created and uploaded 
  • Trigger local promotions and enable redemption of coupons 
  • Analyze reports from local Data Analysis role and monitors KPIs such as on site experience, traffic and visit to conversion metrics
  • Manage PIM by updating local product / service catalogue (e.g., setting of local pricing within corridor defined by Science and Innovation team S&I, localization of product / service descriptions) Oversee the online sales activities and transactions (e.g., orders, fulfilment, payment, invoicing, returns / refunds)
  • Work with local partners on relevant integrations (e.g., payment, age verification, delivery)
  • In collaboration with the lSEO role adapt site (incl. mobile version) discovery and purchase experience depending on customer segments relevant in market and handover any task related to publishing
  • Manage B2B process exceptions approvals (payments terms, credit limits, etc.) with Finance
  • Address the B2B eCommerce Platform requests raised by the customer services
  • Analyze online experience and recommend improvements to enhance customer journey and drive growth
  • Improve on-site accessibility and ensure the eCommerce platform is operational and well adopted of all key metrics and monitor all vendor service level agreement to ensure optimal quality of services to customer
  • Maintains digital retail footprint by ensuring Google My Business Center and other local directories have the latest retail store, kiosk and store within store updates

Skills and Competencies

  • University degree in Business / Marketing / Communication / Technology or related field
  • Proven previous work experience in Web, eCommerce, eBusiness, digital marketing in a cross functional environment
  • Solid ability to work with Digital Asset Management, Content Management System and Google solutions
  • Deep Knowledge on UI / UX 
  • Deep knowledge of consumer respective culture and behaviors 
  • Well organized and highly structured individual, with ability to give attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Order Management Systems, eCommerce, Email marketing, analytics reports of online sales
  • Solid experience with catalogue management, PIM (i.e., to localize product / service catalogue) and custom pricing
  • Strong grasp of modern eCommerce technology landscape
  • Understanding of Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Social Media
  • Understanding of internal control processes, governance, finance and tax 
  • Business acumen and strong knowledge of market culture, online customers behavior, online and data trends

Description

We are looking for a qualified Social Media Analyst to join our Digital team. You will be working very closely with the Global social media Analytic team and the local Digital and Brand teams. You will need to, transforming raw data coming from social media into actionable insights that will help uncover growth opportunities for the local market and help improve performance.

Key Duties

  • Understand key business priorities 
  • Work with local team to prioritize information needs
  • Create actionable insights and opportunities based on social media findings.
  • Utilize social listening to extract key insights from Social conversations and online publications (i.e., sentiment analysis) 
  • Leverage general reports / dashboards provided by the global social media analytic team to track progress towards specified business goals and tactical activities in the market
  • Visualize findings, formulate actionable insights and communicate them to the local team and OC
  • Utilize and refine the universal tagging framework in social media listening platform
  • Conduct local benchmarking / reports on social media

Your Qualifications
