PT PP Urban is a subsidiary of PT PP (Persero) Tbk engaged in urban development, construction, and precast.
Established in 1989 under the name PT Prakarsa Dirga Aneka, the company was initially owned by PT PP (Persero) Welfare Foundation. The Company initially engaged in trading to support its parent company. Over time, the company then succeeded in developing itself in the precast and construction industry.
In 2008, the company changed its name to PT PP Dirganeka. PT PP Dirganeka’s business focus is on construction and building management. After being acquired by PT PP (Persero) in 2013, the company changed its name to PT PP Pracetak with a business focus on construction, building management, and precast concrete.
To fulfill its business vision, PT PP Pracetak transformed into PT PP Urban in 2017. By becoming a new entity, the company began to explore urban development business, especially the development of low-income housing.
Until now PP Urban has had more than 254 employees throughout Indonesia covering Greater Jakarta, Java, Bali, Borneo, Sumatra, and Sulawesi. In the future we will continue to improve customer service because the customer satisfaction is the most important for us.

Business Development Officer

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) of Architecture Engineering
  • Maximum 28 years old
  • GPA ≥ 3.00, preferable from State University
  • Have experience as Business Development Officer / Staff minimum 1 year in property developer
  • Have ability to conduct Feasibility Study
  • Good oral and written in English

Architecture Engineer

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) of Architecture Engineering
  • Maximum 28 years old
  • GPA ≥ 3.00, preferable from State University
  • Have experience as Architecture Engineer minimum 1 year in property developer or architecture consultant
  • Good oral and written in English

Recruitment and Training Officer

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) of Psychology
  • Maximum 28 years old
  • GPA ≥ 3.00, preferable from State University
  • Have experience as Recruitment & Training Officer minimum 2 years
  • Good oral and written in English

Legal Officer

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) of Law
  • Maximum 28 years old
  • GPA ≥ 3.00, preferable from State University
  • Have experience as Legal Officer minimum 1 year.
  • Good oral and written in English
