Executive Assistant for President Director - Jakarta

We are currently looking for Executive Assistant to work together with our President Director; Mindaugas Trumpaitis. He is looking for a top-notch person, strong self-drive, very good English and administrative skills, gesit (active and fast), proactive, self-disciplined and someone with great positive attitude.
The role of the executive assistant is to free President Director’s time from organizing and administrative tasks and to ensure an efficient and most effective time management of his schedule.

The responsibilities include:

  • Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls, managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments
  • Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation, organizing events and conferences
  • Reminding the executive of important tasks and deadlines, managing databases and filing systems
  • Implementing and maintaining procedures / administrative systems
  • Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients
  • Collating and filing expenses

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Holds Bachelor’s degree (any background)
  • 5 - 10 years working experience in any field with good career progression in multinational companies
  • Computer literacy is a must (Microsoft Office)

Lead Customs Classification - Jakarta

Lead Customs Classification - Asia Finance Services Center (Asia FSC)

You will manage and lead the research and determine the Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS) classification for the applicable jurisdiction for finished goods, equipment, raw materials and non-product items whilst maintaining appropriate record keeping to support classification determinations and in compliance with all regulatory and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and approve the outcome of research and determination of the Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS) 
  • Monitor the consistency in applying regulatory, judicial, international and / or local Customs’ decisions.
  • Ensure classification and other government agency determinations to ensure adequate defense for any requests are properly documented.
  • Communicate classification decisions to key stakeholders

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in Supply Chain / Tax / Finance area
  • Minimum Bachelor degree in Accounting / Finance / Tax
  • International Logistic and Foreign Trade Compliance (related with Logistic / Trade Indirect Tax) knowledge will be an advantage
  • Supply Chain knowledge will be an advantage

Fiscal Affairs Executive - Jakarta

Fiscal and Illicit Trade issues are at the heart of our business. Assessing, proposing, and succeeding in the advocacy of the right fiscal and regulatory frameworks is key to our business and our stakeholders. You can be part of our team. 
You can engage dedicatedly and constructively with government, legislators, and partners around the world to develop tobacco-related fiscal policies and to advice on their impact.
You will also be involved in crafting the fiscal and illicit trade prevention strategy for both conventional cigarettes and reduced risk products (RRP). This strategy includes creating and deploying innovative tax models and building relationships with regulators, legislators, fiscal experts, institutions, and organizations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist Manager Fiscal Affairs & Illicit Trade Prevention (ITP) to achieve (short-term and long-term) favorable Fiscal & Regulatory environments that would enables the company to achieve its business objectives.
  • Work with Manager Fiscal Affairs & ITP to develop HMS fiscal & ITP proposals to the government.
  • Analyze cigarette market, industry data, regulations, government policies, studies, and other related information as well as develop tools, model, or system to run related data analysis.
  • Develop fiscal & ITP action plans and strategy, presentation and regular report / update.
  • Handle Fiscal Affairs & ITP budget.
  • Monitor and capture meaningful information through establishing regular contacts with related mid-level government officials, legislators, Industry associations, and other relevant partners.
  • Manage, monitor, and work with Fiscal Affairs RRP & ITP Consultants, Think Tanks, and other significant partners, to ensure they achieved the agreed objectives.
  • Work and maintain close coordination with related departments in the market level (Indonesia) or regional / global level.
  • Handle administrative documentations (i.e. contracts, invoices, etc.), and assist during meetings / engagements with internal & external parties.

Qualifications

  • University graduate or MBA in Finance, International Business, Management, or Marketing.
  • 1-3 years professional experience in an FMCG company / Consultant / related Government agencies / related International organizations.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Proficient with MS Office tools and systems.
  • Good analytical thinking and a self-starter person.
  • Good interpersonal skill for collaborating with many parties.

Experience Required

  • Bachelor’s Degree with any major background with minimum GPA 3.00
  • At least 2 years’ experience in Field Marketing
