Which up to now we actualize by making electricity supply more available to Indonesia people by positioning ourselves to become an Independent Power Producer (IPP), as well as Operation & Maintenance Services (O&M), and also contractor for Engineering Procurement and Construction (EPC) projects.
The first step of our journey in providing and distributing power supply began in Batam through PT Mitra Energi Batam (MEB), by constructed a 55 MW gas-fired power plant in Panaran. MPI then owns and operates two gas-fired plants with 12 MW capacity each in Palembang, South Sumatera, through PT Energi Prima Elektrika (EPE) and PT Multidaya Prima Elektrindo (MPE).
On top of owning and operating mini hydro power plants in West Java and West Sumatera with total target capacity 40 MW by 2020, we have operate 220 MW Sarulla geothermal power plant and another 110 MW to come in 2018, located in Tapanuli, North Sumatera. We also to develop 110 Ijen geothermal power plant in East Java targeted by 2022. These step our paths towards a more sustainable business that maximizes clean and renewable energy resource.
Beside providing and distributing power supply, MPI through Tanjung Jati B Power Services, obtained a long-term operations & maintenance contract for 1,320 MW Tanjung Jati B coal fired power plant in Jepara, Central Java and operations & maintenance contract for 330MW Sarulla Geothermal Power Plant.
In November 2016, MPI under consortium with Ratchaburi (Thailand) has awarded as the winner to develop the IPP 275 MW Gas-Fired Power Plant project conducted by PLN.
Moving forward, the clean renewable energy resources will become the future plan of MPI. That goals is in line with our commitment to invest in projects that boost local economic development without bringing long term potential disadvantages to the environment.
Today, Medco Power owns and operates a gross capacity over 3,100 MW in IPP and O&M businesses, spread in 20 locations in Indonesia.
Currently we are looking for highly motivated and experienced professional to fill the following positions:

Accounting Specialist

  • Jakarta

The accounting specialist is responsible for daily record keeping and maintaining an accurate history of the company’s financial records. Also ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal policies as well as regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • analyze, and review daily GL account
  • and process all transactions in compliance with accounting principles, standards, and regulations. Also ensure completeness and accuracy
  • and analyze Financial Statements for internal and regulatory purposes (Balance Sheet, P&L reports, Cash flow)
  • in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
  • petty cash, reconcile expenses, and perform monthly bank reconciliations
  • real-time bookkeeping in the back-office system for all daily expenses
  • and reconcile assets, expenses, accrual, other receivables / payables, trial balance, GL, and more, every month
  • internal and external auditors with data and information, follow up, and verify auditor reports and adjustments
  • taxes (VAT, WHT, DTA / DTL)
  • with other functions related to cases, and finance and accounting projects

Requirements

  • degree in Accounting
  • fluent in English (oral and written)
  • years of experience in finance, accounting roles, preferably working experience in KAP
  • understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards
  • in Accounting / Finance software as well as Microsoft Excel / Google Sheet
  • ability to problem solves along with solid analytical skills, and understanding of the business process
  • meticulous and detailed person with strong organizational skills
  • communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and cross-functional teams
  • with a high level of accuracy and highly initiative.

Payroll Officer

  • Jakarta

Job Description

  • Process end-to-end monthly payroll
  • Process PPh21 payment and reporting
  • Process administration, payment and reporting for BPJS Ketenagakerjaan and BPJS Kesehatan
  • Maintain SAP Compensation and Benefit data
  • Administration for C&B documents

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess Bachelor's degree from Accounting / Finance / Management or equivalent
  • Minimum GPA 3.0
  • Minimum 2-3 year of experience in a payroll
  • Strong computer literacy in Microsoft Office application, particularly Microsoft Excel
  • Have experience in processing HR Information System
  • Have experience in processing BPJS Information System (SIPP and e-DABU)
  • Have experience in processing DJP Information System
  • Good working Knowledge of payroll processes
  • Good communications skills both verbal and written
  • Adaptable and able to respond in a positive and constructive manner
  • Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy
